What’s included in your treatment?
Your individual quotation covers:
- Temporary and final teethTeeth to wear while you heal, then your permanent teeth.
- All related appointmentsWithin your agreed treatment plan.
- Sedation, where clinically suitableOffered when it is appropriate for you.
- Personalised treatment planningBuilt around your mouth and your goals.
Fixed teeth are made from a mix of PMMA and zirconia. PMMA is a type of dental acrylic and zirconia is a tooth-coloured ceramic. Often PMMA is used for lower teeth and zirconia for upper teeth, but your treatment plan decides.
A 12-month prosthetic warranty covers chipped or broken replacement teeth, subject to Cure’s confirmed terms. It is not a lifetime guarantee.
Exactly what is included is confirmed in your individual quotation.
These are price ranges. We will recommend the option that suits you after a clinical assessment, and your final price depends on your clinical needs, complexity and the number of implants. You will receive an individual quotation.
The removable lower denture is a different treatment to fixed teeth, so its price should not be compared with fixed options.
Talk through your options with our Treatment Coordinator before deciding on the next step.
Your first chat with our Treatment Coordinator is free. If you choose to take the next step, a full clinical implant consultation costs £350 and includes records, scans and treatment planning.

Considering treatment abroad?
It is a fair question, and many people ask it. Wherever you decide to be treated, it is worth asking who would handle any repairs or follow-up, how many trips you would need, and what travel and accommodation would add to the cost.
Phillip looked at his options and chose the UK. This is his own experience and yours may be different.
What is the difference between the free chat and the £350 consultation?
Your first chat with our Treatment Coordinator is free. It is a non-clinical conversation about your situation and options, with no scans, diagnosis or treatment plan. If you choose to take the next step, a full clinical implant consultation costs £350 and includes records, scans and treatment planning.
What is included in the £350 Comprehensive Clinical Implant Consultation?
The £350 clinical implant consultation includes records, scans and treatment planning for your individual case. Our team will confirm exactly what to expect when you book. Our team will confirm the terms when you book.
How much do full mouth implants cost?
Prices depend on the treatment. A removable lower denture on implants is £7,000 to £10,000. Fixed teeth for one jaw are £15,000 to £19,800. Fixed upper teeth with a removable lower denture are £22,000 to £25,000, and fixed teeth for both jaws are £29,500 to £32,500. Your final cost depends on your clinical needs, complexity and the number of implants, and you will receive an individual quotation after assessment.
What is the difference between fixed and removable teeth?
Fixed teeth are attached to your implants and are cleaned in place. A removable implant-retained denture clips onto implants and can be taken out for cleaning. They are different treatments with different prices, and we will explain which may suit you.
How many implants will I need?
The usual aim is six implants per jaw, although four may be clinically appropriate in some cases. We cannot promise a number in advance. Your dentist will confirm the right plan for you after your clinical assessment and scans.
What if I’ve been told I don’t have enough bone?
Being told this does not always rule out treatment. For some patients where conventional bone support is limited, Cure can offer alternative implant techniques. We cannot guarantee that treatment will be suitable, and this can only be confirmed after a clinical assessment, so you are welcome to ask. If implants turn out not to be right for you, we will explain the alternatives.
What warranty is included?
A 12-month warranty is included for chipped or broken replacement teeth, subject to Cure’s warranty terms. It is not a lifetime guarantee. Cure will give you the full terms, including what is excluded and when the 12 months start, in writing before you decide to go ahead.
How many visits will I need?
Most people need about four to six appointments over about four to six months. This is a broad guide and varies from person to person.
